Argentum: Silver Scaled Deathclaw (SFW)
BoS Dossier --File 8-3--
Subject Designation: Argentum
Creature Type: Elder Deathclaw
Subject Age: Reports indicate at least 43 years of age.
Subject is a elder deathclaw discovered near the northern edge of Nuka-World, feasting on the nukalurks found there. Argentum seems content to hunt these bothersome crustaceans, though aggression has been observed to any baring weapons of any form. Initial scouting parties were torn apart by this creature, only the scribes managing to survive the encounter. Their reports suggest this specimen has a high resilience, and seems to bare some degree of immunity to energy weapons. All are advised to avoid contact with Argentum unless contact is necessary. If necessary, it's recommend to holster one's weapons and pass as silently as possible. Provocation of Argentum has proven more expensive and troublesome than leaving it be, but it's recommended that scouts keep track of their whereabouts. The sooner we discern a way to dispatch this beast, the soon we can clean out hands of its danger.
Some reports indicate some degree of intelligence, though mostly unconfirmed. These reports supposedly state accounts of peaceful interactions with local settlers who trade nukalurk meat for protection or supplies from Argentum. Further study is advised, though the beast's survival can't be suffered.
