Safety in someone.¨Even when I'm rambling, failing, and making no sense, we still manage to stick together.
You are my night sky. My guiding north star is that heart of yours in the vastness of the immensity that surrounds it, and the remaining stars are small acts and ideas you say, show, or manifest, some forming constellations of something greater and more beautiful that ultimately makes sense in one way or another. But in the grand scheme of things, the results of those constellations of yours are beautiful even if not everyone sees and appreciates it as I do.
I may get lost in my own darkness, but with a little of your own light shining on my path, I will try to rectify myself and take the right path.
Perhaps the sky not always shines with a radiant light, perhaps the moon will be dim, and in the darkest hours, illumination is lacking to non-existent. Still, I want to be part of that night, because I desire to be there, and I need no other reason than to want to be there for you, even if I have to light my own fire to give my own light, reminding you that I am here even in the darkness, because I desire to give back some of the shine you've granted to me, even if my own light will never be strong as much as yours.
I have been a huge idiot and sometimes even a jerk when I just had my best intentions, being dumb, and sometimes without even realizing I was doing something wrong. Still, despite of everything, we have been fine so far. The little talks is what keep us strong after the first year (by date) together.
