Abilities :
- Ever Present Bodyguard -
While nowhere near as strong a multimanifester as Ynaa, Aandreas is capable of creating and controlling up to a dozen manifestations of himself in tandem. Too many and for too long and the benefits begin to falter in the face of the mental strain of trying to watch so many perspectives and control so many bodies despite the increased cognitive capacity of extra brains. Up to that point of a dozen for a short time, though, and he is like a team working in perfect coordination. This sees benefits both in his bodyguard work (twelve of him working together to guard a person or location complete with special techniques he has created to deliver in tandem with himself) and in the butler-esq work he also handles (twelve of him waiting on the needs of guests for example). He normally keeps himself to a baseline two of himself at all times to act as constant training to improve his multitasking ability.
One unusual aspect of Aandreas natural skill with multimanifestation is that he often finds himself unintentionally spawning off new manifestations without even thinking about it or realizing he has until he finds himself looking at another body of his that he doesn't remember spawning. While this can be awkward at times, it in no way hampers him. In fact it is often very useful during fights as he is able to spawn off new selves without even thinking about it and immediately perfectly integrate them into his 'team' while confusing opponents as they suddenly find themselves becoming outnumbered.
Aandreas' multimanifesting ability is in large part courtesy of Ynaa and as such also matches her own approach in both the physical and mental aspects. Each manifestation is a perfect biological copy of himself constructed through the use of Ynaanites and exists as an extension of his consciousness rather than separate individuals. He sees and feels everything every one of his manifestations does and controls each of them directly. Since each of the bodies does have a brain of its own, though, they almost act like hands with minds of their own. Under the complete and constant control of the overarching consciousness that is Aandreas but able to perform complicated tasks without his complete and total direct manipulation of another set of 10 fingers. Another way to think of it is each body is a CPU core in a computer and Aandreas is the person using the computer.
- Master of Two Forms -
As Aandreas actually has spent the vast majority of his life with four legs and is still fairly new to having an anthro body (so many things can be done with thumbs!), he is determined to become just as proficient and capable of any and all tasks he can think of in both forms. To facilitate this and to ensure he does not lose any of his experience on four legs, he also at all times has one body that is anthro and one body that is quad.
Once again thanks to Ynaa's Ynaanites, Aandreas is also able to shift at will between anthro and quad forms, but at his request Ynaa also programmed these Ynaanites to force him to always follow this rule that one body must be anthro and the other quad. Also while he is able to change his form to a greater degree and even increase his size and the size of his various features, he normally chooses not to.
Background :
Much like Verdena, while Aandreas is present in the Ynaaverse he is not technically native to it. Unlike Verdena, though, he is also technically native to it at the same time. They both come from the same setting but where Verdena is at least a Demideity in scale and power whenever she shows up in the Ynaaverse and can do so with the help of her husband, Laalouche, Aandreas at least at first was decidedly mortal.
As his original self, he looked to the party's resident Absol/Sneasel, Anya, with curiosity and suspicion as he could tell that she was hiding something... And sometimes not doing a particularly good job of hiding that she was hiding something. He tried for months to make Anya slip up and reveal the whole truth and for months all he ever achieved were still more little hints of her hiding something. Eventually, though, Anya decided to just let slip the whole truth as he was managing to get fairly close already. The truth that her name wasn't really Anya, but Ynaa. The truth that she wasn't just an Absol with a skill for Double Team that stepped right over the border of impossible, but actually an existence dwarfing Meta-Goddess capable of hopping between what she called 'canons' and obscenely skilled with multimanifestation.
Aandreas was, of course, surprised by these revelations. But he was also intrigued. Especially after Ynaa put on a brief and extremely convincing demonstration that proved to Aandreas that Ynaa was speaking the truth. To the point that he realized that if she truly had ill intentions for the party, there was nothing he could do. So instead... He was curious. Why was such a being here? Why was she just casually wandering the world with the party? Why did she seem so... normal?
Her explanation was just as surprising as the revelation. She explained that her 'normalness' was that despite her current scale of divinity she was actually a fairly recent divine and that up until only a-few years ago she was just as mortal as himself. That and a desire deep down to never let herself be anyone but the same Ynaa she had always been and to never let all that power go to her head. As for why she was with the party? Her explanation there was also odd with her saying that her oldest and best friend back in her own canon is also Benock, albeit a different version of him. A different version, but still very similar in every way save for what he was doing in life. She joined the party to get to know her old friend all over again.
Still curious about this other 'canon' as she called it, Aandreas asked more and more questions. Learning from Ynaa that the large and powerful beings the party sometimes met, Verdena and Laalouche, were also canon hoppers of a sort and that Verdena was somehow Benock's daughter from the future and Laalouche Ynaa's own son.
After so many questions and recognizing Aandreas clear fascination with a whole different existence out there, Ynaa eventually offered to take him to the Ynaaverse to visit it. He was sorely tempted, but he could not let himself do so and leave behind his duty to protect Rodinya. Once more to his surprise (and surprised he was still able to be surprised), Ynaa told him that he could both stay behind and also exist in the Ynaaverse by that same multimanifestation trick she herself was using. Though given the cross-canon nature of this offer, his Ynaaverse self would technically be a separate manifestation of him without the usual direct connection Ynaa had.
This was an opportunity that Aandreas never thought he would have... A chance to continue his Wandering that was brought short so many years before. And the chance to do so without abandoning the duties his personal and professional duties... Needless to say, he quickly agreed to Ynaa's offer.
The next question, of course, was how to go about putting Aandreas into the Ynaaverse. Sure, she could just create a new manifestation of him and plop him into the Ynaaverse and be done. But that felt too simple and easy... Instead, a new idea began to form that Ynaa hadn't considered before and drew from the two versions of Benock she had grown to know. She could create a new manifestation of Aandreas in the Ynaaverse and fully integrate him into it so that he wouldn't just be visiting, but living a whole life there.
Mere seconds after Ynaa proposed this crazy little idea, a strange looking Helioptile with Dragon-like features stepped out of a glowing bronze portal that had just appeared beside the two of them. Aandreas had no idea who this was, but Ynaa greeted her with an enthusiastic hug and introduced the newcomer as Lyn, saying too that she had called Lyn over from 'back home' to help figure out the time shenaniganry that would be needed to plop a young manifestation of Aandreas into the proper spot in the timeline so he could start living a life in the Ynaaverse.
Ynaa would give Lyn some temporary admin rights on reality changes so that she could make some tweaks decades in the past that would make it so that Aandreas' Ynaaverse self was actually quite literally born there and, just so that he wouldn't simply be randomly in the Ynaaverse perhaps never to meet Ynaa herself or even Benock, would also be Ynaa's older brother. Aandreas agreed again, but on asking why her older brother Ynaa responded that she was an only child and that she had always wondered what it would have been like to have a sibling so why not take this chance to learn! That and because the way Aandreas had been acting in all the time she had known him here he had certainly had the bearing of an older sibling.
Plans agreed on, Lyn stepped away through that odd portal again before instantly returning. The changes were made and it became apparent to Aandreas why Ynaa left time manipulation to Lyn. Lyn explained that she had finished the changes to the timeline to put Aandreas' Ynaaverse manifestation into the correct spot and time and confirmed that doing so had not and would not drastically change the course of events (considering Ynaa's DRASTICALLY oversized influence on how the Ynaaverse was turning out... a warranted caution). Ynaa, however, was absolutely convinced Aandreas was and always had been her older brother, so why was Lyn talking about changes they just made to put him in the timeline?
A fresh explanation now on Lyn's part and several temporally shielded reality change logs explaining what Ynaa and Lyn had done together later and Ynaa was only further convinced of why she never let herself touch temporal mechanics and left all of that to Lyn. Despite having the mental capacity of many many trillions of brains working in tandem and being beyond infinite herself... Ynaa still had difficultly following the literally infinite complexities of time.
For Aandreas, this exchange was particularly strange. He was part of a wholly different existence and timestream, so the changes Ynaa and Lyn had made had no effect on him whatsoever and Ynaa's shift into talking about him like she had known him her whole life was rather jarring. True, he now existed in the Ynaaverse as Ynaa's older brother, but he had not experienced that and had no memory of it even though Ynaa now had over 30 years of memories with him as her brother. From Aandreas' perspective, Ynaa had gone from talking about putting him in the Ynaaverse to talking about him like she'd known him all his life in the span of a single blink.
This unusual conversation made it clear to all three of them that Lyn and Ynaa had achieved their goal, though. And while it was taking a-few moments for Aandreas to catch up, Ynaa was now talking about bringing the Aandreas she had grown up with over for a quick visit so Aandreas could "meet" himself. Seeing as how that had been the whole point of this unusual exercise, he agreed once again.
A moment later, another Ynaa appeared out of a portal (she explained later she was using a portal for his sake so that she didn't just seem to pop into existence from nowhere) and brought through with her... Aandreas. What most caught Aandreas off guard with the new arrivals, though, was that both this new Ynaa and new... him, were bipedal. The two Aandreas stared at each other with matching eyes that reflected the same person, but different lives. Both recognizing the Absol/Mightyena before them like the one they saw in a mirror, but also able to sense the subtle differences from different lived lives.
Where Aandreas' original self was marveling at the fact that he was looking at a different version of himself, Ynaaverse Aandreas seemed to take that in stride. Right down to somehow being used to seeing another of himself. With initial greetings and marveling done, they began to share the stories of their lives. Original Aandreas sharing his own first with Ynaaverse Aandreas nodding along in fascination to hear about this whole existence and how he had lived there. But then he told his story and it was original Aandreas' turn to marvel and imagine this life his other self had lived...
Aandreas' Ynaaverse life started in remarkably normal fashion in comparison to how he came to exist there in the first place. An only child for a-few years before his younger sister, Ynaa, was born. Always rather large and strong for his age, he was constantly worried about accidentally breaking something or hurting someone, so he trained himself even from a young age to move and step carefully. This caution and care morphing into a deep, protective instinct when Ynaa was born as he also quickly became very protective of his little sister.
As the years passed, that protective instinct and caution with his movements led him into deciding to train himself in various forms of fighting. A way to hone his careful movement while also making him better able to protect. He became eminently skilled in each he tried as he advanced through his schooling and was a constant fixture in country-wide competitions. And on the rare occasion when bullies would think about messing with his little sister he would be a looming presence to intimidate them into choosing otherwise.
After graduating, though, Aandreas wasn't interested in simply being a champion fighter in competitions. He wanted real-world experience and to actually put his skills to use to protect people. This led him to apply for bodyguard positions for important dignitaries. A job that put his years of training to good use and allowed him to further hone his natural instincts for observing others and situations to sense things that are 'off'.
As the years passed, Ynaa eventually graduated from college to be hired by a smallish software development company. This company would also hold annual holiday or summer parties for employees and their families and Ynaa would usually invite her older brother to show up and meet her friends and coworkers. It was at one of these events where Aandreas and Benock finally met for the first time. A meeting that left Benock impressed and flustered as despite being a quadrupedal Absol/Mightyena, Aandreas stood at 7' at the shoulders and so towered over Benock by a good foot and a half.
Aandreas had of course heard of Benock from his sister for years and knew that he was Ynaa's oldest and best friend and so knew this little Lycanroc could be trusted. To his surprise, though, he also met at that party one of Ynaa's favorite old professors who also happened to be Benock's wife. Skögul actually managed to tower some over even Aandreas and was a powerfully strong Mightyena like him. Putting two and two together, Aandreas was quickly able to figure out why Benock's eyes kept drifting over to him and he couldn't help but let out a quiet rumble of a chuckle especially as he locked eyes with Skögul and saw her own smirk as she too had noticed Benock's drifting eyes.
Aandreas was not unused to getting such looks, but he never acted on them. He knew he cut an impressive figure but he had never really been interested in a relationship as he was long since married to his self-imposed duties. Even so, as more years passed and more of these gatherings happened, Benock, Aandreas, and Skögul developed a strong friendship between them. Never going further, but the larger Mightyena left little hints over time that she would not be against the three letting things advance further.
A-few more years passed and Ynaa's ascension at last took place. In the figurative blink of an eye she had gone from being a normal quadrupedal Absol with an impressive capacity for multitasking to becoming the largest and most powerful and, strangely, also most numerous being in existence. Needless to say, when she visited Aandreas shortly after to give him the news... He was rather stunned. Even before she started her explanation, though, he had been able to sense something 'off' about her. This was still his little sister standing before him, but there was a presence that he had never sensed from her or anyone before. A presence that insisted that this Absol was far FAR more than what met the eye.
Ynaa explained everything that had happened to her and even gave examples of a small fraction of what she could do now by bringing in a-few more manifestations of herself including her new anthro form. Mentioning too while doing this that she was also telling Benock about all this at the same exact time as further example of just how much she could do now.
One explanation and several examples later and pleased to see Aandreas managing to handle this impossible but impossible to deny revelation about her, Ynaa decided to give him an offer. She offered to let her older brother experience some of what she was now capable of. Not only this multimanifesting thing, but also being able to try out an anthro form. She knew that Aandreas was more capable than most with multitasking much like she was, so she wagered he'd probably be able to handle the sort of multimanifesting she did without too much trouble.
Aandreas wasn't entirely sure at first, but as he considered the possibilities and how much both being able to have more of himself around and the added utility of having thumbs on some of those selves, he finally agreed. Ynaa grinned and gave her older brother her biggest hug with one of her anthro bodies in the room, lifting him up so only his rear paws were still on the ground and Aandreas found himself bathed in the warm and near blinding glow of the various markings on Ynaa's form.
He naturally shut his eyes against the glow, but then as he opened his eyes he quickly became aware of something off about the room around him and even himself that didn't require those finely honed 'off-ness' senses of his to detect. To start... He quickly realized he was seeing the room from two different perspectives and that one of those was looking at himself. Next... He realized that the self he was looking at and still being hugged by Ynaa was standing steadily on a pair of powerful legs leading up to a torso that clearly belonged to an anthro. And finally... He noticed that his new anthro self was clothed in a surprisingly fetching outfit and stood a good 2 feet taller than Ynaa.
With these new changes, Aandreas found it a-bit difficult to keep a low profile in his work as he could operate as an entire team of bodyguards working in perfect tandem with each other. On top of this, he was quickly developing a fighting style wholly unique to him that involved using both his forms and working with multiple of himself in unison and even spawning off new manifestations mid-fight to confuse his opponent. Sometimes completely unintentionally. A surprise often even to himself also outside fights as he will occasionally simply be at home cooking or cleaning or performing some other task and start spawning off manifestations of himself before realizing he's somehow doing three or four things at once around the house.
Even though Ynaa no longer actually works at her old company, she still always shows up to their annual gatherings to chat with her old colleagues and continues to pull Aandreas along with her. One of these was also the first time that Skögul and Benock saw Aandreas' new anthro form and also the first time that Aandreas got to see both Skögul's own new 13' tall size after her encounter with a Shard and Benna. Much surprised and impressed conversation of course resulted from these new revelations and, at Ynaa's gentle prodding and nudging over a-couple of these gatherings, Aandreas at last allowed himself to start meeting with Benock, Benna, and Skögul outside of these company parties. Ynaa leaning on reminding Aandreas that he can now literally be in more than one place. Those meetings would eventually lead to much more than only a good, strong friendship as they at last acted on feelings that had been there from nearly the start.
After a time with Aandreas growing steadily more skilled with his multimanifestation abilities and some small hints of a developing ability to change his size at will, Ynaa brought him to meet Iridalea. For many many MANY long millennia, Iridalea had been the Ynaaverse's ever watchful guardian. Ever on the lookout for a return of "The Threat" that she had fought off so long ago. Brining Aandreas and Iridalea together, Ynaa was hoping to be able to convince the Draenei/Worgen to ease off of her eternal vigil and let Aandreas take up some of that duty. He was, after all, a professional bodyguard who's skill and strength and abilities were rapidly outstripping any 'normal' jobs he'd be able to pick up.
Iridalea was unsure at first, but after a sparring match that left her fighting off a small army of Aandreas that reminded her of her ancient long ago fights with "The Threat", she recognized for the first time in so long that here was someone who she knew she could rely on to be as capable a defender as her. She knew she could rely on Ynaa too, of course, but there was something different about relying on a meta-macro scale being who had never fought and someone who was clearly skilled not just in fighting, but in protecting others.
To make this passing of the torch official from her solitary eternal vigil to now sharing it, Iridalea brought Aandreas to her ancient home world and pulled a new Shard from its broken core. A Shard still glowing with undeniable power, but also glowing with a red and yellow that oddly matched Aandreas' own eyes where the Shards that made up her own sword matched hers. Handing this Shard over to the Zonai that still lived on one of the moons of her home world, they quickly crafted it into a dagger with a design mimicking her own sword and, that task now done, Iridalea gave Aandreas the dagger.
Iridalea wanted Aandreas to have this dagger made not from her own sword's Shards but to be something new. She could tell that he was something different from her... She had defied her fate and that had earned her her title as "Goddess of Defiant Fates". Aandreas, though... He wasn't defying his fate. He was defining it.

He started out as a quadrupedal Absol/Mightyena, but I decided to give him an anthro form too as I liked the design so much.
Gotta say I'm really happy about how crazy and silly his coming to exist in the Ynaaverse is XD
A canonical retcon thanks to Ynaa and Lyn conspiring together.
Also a handy example of why Ynaa leaves anything involving time travel and manipulating time to Ynaa ^^;

Aandreas had no idea who this was, but Ynaa greeted her with an enthusiastic hug and introduced the newcomer as Lyn, saying too that she had called Lyn over from 'back home' to help figure out the time shenaniganry that would be needed to plop a young manifestation of Aandreas into the proper spot in the timeline so he could start living a life in the Ynaaverse.
Ynaa would give Lyn some temporary admin rights on reality changes so that she could make some tweaks decades in the past that would make it so that Aandreas' Ynaaverse self was actually quite literally born there and, just so that he wouldn't simply be randomly in the Ynaaverse perhaps never to meet Ynaa herself or even Benock, would also be Ynaa's older brother. Aandreas agreed again, but on asking why her older brother Ynaa responded that she was an only child and that she had always wondered what it would have been like to have a sibling so why not take this chance to learn! That and because the way Aandreas had been acting in all the time she had known him here he had certainly had the bearing of an older sibling.
Plans agreed on, Lyn stepped away through that odd portal again before instantly returning. The changes were made and it became apparent to Aandreas why Ynaa left time manipulation to Lyn. Lyn explained that she had finished the changes to the timeline to put Aandreas' Ynaaverse manifestation into the correct spot and time and confirmed that doing so had not and would not drastically change the course of events (considering Ynaa's DRASTICALLY oversized influence on how the Ynaaverse was turning out... a warranted caution). Ynaa, however, was absolutely convinced Aandreas was and always had been her older brother, so why was Lyn talking about changes they just made to put him in the timeline?
A fresh explanation now on Lyn's part and several temporally shielded reality change logs explaining what Ynaa and Lyn had done together later and Ynaa was only further convinced of why she never let herself touch temporal mechanics and left all of that to Lyn. Despite having the mental capacity of many many trillions of brains working in tandem and being beyond infinite herself... Ynaa still had difficultly following the literally infinite complexities of time.
For Aandreas, this exchange was particularly strange. He was part of a wholly different existence and timestream, so the changes Ynaa and Lyn had made had no effect on him whatsoever and Ynaa's shift into talking about him like she had known him her whole life was rather jarring. True, he now existed in the Ynaaverse as Ynaa's older brother, but he had not experienced that and had no memory of it even though Ynaa now had over 30 years of memories with him as her brother. From Aandreas' perspective, Ynaa had gone from talking about putting him in the Ynaaverse to talking about him like she'd known him all his life in the span of a single blink.
This unusual conversation made it clear to all three of them that Lyn and Ynaa had achieved their goal, though. And while it was taking a-few moments for Aandreas to catch up, Ynaa was now talking about bringing the Aandreas she had grown up with over for a quick visit so Aandreas could "meet" himself. Seeing as how that had been the whole point of this unusual exercise, he agreed once again.
A moment later, another Ynaa appeared out of a portal (she explained later she was using a portal for his sake so that she didn't just seem to pop into existence from nowhere) and brought through with her... Aandreas. What most caught Aandreas off guard with the new arrivals, though, was that both this new Ynaa and new... him, were bipedal. The two Aandreas stared at each other with matching eyes that reflected the same person, but different lives. Both recognizing the Absol/Mightyena before them like the one they saw in a mirror, but also able to sense the subtle differences from different lived lives.
Where Aandreas' original self was marveling at the fact that he was looking at a different version of himself, Ynaaverse Aandreas seemed to take that in stride. Right down to somehow being used to seeing another of himself. With initial greetings and marveling done, they began to share the stories of their lives. Original Aandreas sharing his own first with Ynaaverse Aandreas nodding along in fascination to hear about this whole existence and how he had lived there. But then he told his story and it was original Aandreas' turn to marvel and imagine this life his other self had lived...
Aandreas' Ynaaverse life started in remarkably normal fashion in comparison to how he came to exist there in the first place. An only child for a-few years before his younger sister, Ynaa, was born. Always rather large and strong for his age, he was constantly worried about accidentally breaking something or hurting someone, so he trained himself even from a young age to move and step carefully. This caution and care morphing into a deep, protective instinct when Ynaa was born as he also quickly became very protective of his little sister.
As the years passed, that protective instinct and caution with his movements led him into deciding to train himself in various forms of fighting. A way to hone his careful movement while also making him better able to protect. He became eminently skilled in each he tried as he advanced through his schooling and was a constant fixture in country-wide competitions. And on the rare occasion when bullies would think about messing with his little sister he would be a looming presence to intimidate them into choosing otherwise.
After graduating, though, Aandreas wasn't interested in simply being a champion fighter in competitions. He wanted real-world experience and to actually put his skills to use to protect people. This led him to apply for bodyguard positions for important dignitaries. A job that put his years of training to good use and allowed him to further hone his natural instincts for observing others and situations to sense things that are 'off'.
As the years passed, Ynaa eventually graduated from college to be hired by a smallish software development company. This company would also hold annual holiday or summer parties for employees and their families and Ynaa would usually invite her older brother to show up and meet her friends and coworkers. It was at one of these events where Aandreas and Benock finally met for the first time. A meeting that left Benock impressed and flustered as despite being a quadrupedal Absol/Mightyena, Aandreas stood at 7' at the shoulders and so towered over Benock by a good foot and a half.
Aandreas had of course heard of Benock from his sister for years and knew that he was Ynaa's oldest and best friend and so knew this little Lycanroc could be trusted. To his surprise, though, he also met at that party one of Ynaa's favorite old professors who also happened to be Benock's wife. Skögul actually managed to tower some over even Aandreas and was a powerfully strong Mightyena like him. Putting two and two together, Aandreas was quickly able to figure out why Benock's eyes kept drifting over to him and he couldn't help but let out a quiet rumble of a chuckle especially as he locked eyes with Skögul and saw her own smirk as she too had noticed Benock's drifting eyes.
Aandreas was not unused to getting such looks, but he never acted on them. He knew he cut an impressive figure but he had never really been interested in a relationship as he was long since married to his self-imposed duties. Even so, as more years passed and more of these gatherings happened, Benock, Aandreas, and Skögul developed a strong friendship between them. Never going further, but the larger Mightyena left little hints over time that she would not be against the three letting things advance further.
A-few more years passed and Ynaa's ascension at last took place. In the figurative blink of an eye she had gone from being a normal quadrupedal Absol with an impressive capacity for multitasking to becoming the largest and most powerful and, strangely, also most numerous being in existence. Needless to say, when she visited Aandreas shortly after to give him the news... He was rather stunned. Even before she started her explanation, though, he had been able to sense something 'off' about her. This was still his little sister standing before him, but there was a presence that he had never sensed from her or anyone before. A presence that insisted that this Absol was far FAR more than what met the eye.
Ynaa explained everything that had happened to her and even gave examples of a small fraction of what she could do now by bringing in a-few more manifestations of herself including her new anthro form. Mentioning too while doing this that she was also telling Benock about all this at the same exact time as further example of just how much she could do now.
One explanation and several examples later and pleased to see Aandreas managing to handle this impossible but impossible to deny revelation about her, Ynaa decided to give him an offer. She offered to let her older brother experience some of what she was now capable of. Not only this multimanifesting thing, but also being able to try out an anthro form. She knew that Aandreas was more capable than most with multitasking much like she was, so she wagered he'd probably be able to handle the sort of multimanifesting she did without too much trouble.
Aandreas wasn't entirely sure at first, but as he considered the possibilities and how much both being able to have more of himself around and the added utility of having thumbs on some of those selves, he finally agreed. Ynaa grinned and gave her older brother her biggest hug with one of her anthro bodies in the room, lifting him up so only his rear paws were still on the ground and Aandreas found himself bathed in the warm and near blinding glow of the various markings on Ynaa's form.
He naturally shut his eyes against the glow, but then as he opened his eyes he quickly became aware of something off about the room around him and even himself that didn't require those finely honed 'off-ness' senses of his to detect. To start... He quickly realized he was seeing the room from two different perspectives and that one of those was looking at himself. Next... He realized that the self he was looking at and still being hugged by Ynaa was standing steadily on a pair of powerful legs leading up to a torso that clearly belonged to an anthro. And finally... He noticed that his new anthro self was clothed in a surprisingly fetching outfit and stood a good 2 feet taller than Ynaa.
With these new changes, Aandreas found it a-bit difficult to keep a low profile in his work as he could operate as an entire team of bodyguards working in perfect tandem with each other. On top of this, he was quickly developing a fighting style wholly unique to him that involved using both his forms and working with multiple of himself in unison and even spawning off new manifestations mid-fight to confuse his opponent. Sometimes completely unintentionally. A surprise often even to himself also outside fights as he will occasionally simply be at home cooking or cleaning or performing some other task and start spawning off manifestations of himself before realizing he's somehow doing three or four things at once around the house.
Even though Ynaa no longer actually works at her old company, she still always shows up to their annual gatherings to chat with her old colleagues and continues to pull Aandreas along with her. One of these was also the first time that Skögul and Benock saw Aandreas' new anthro form and also the first time that Aandreas got to see both Skögul's own new 13' tall size after her encounter with a Shard and Benna. Much surprised and impressed conversation of course resulted from these new revelations and, at Ynaa's gentle prodding and nudging over a-couple of these gatherings, Aandreas at last allowed himself to start meeting with Benock, Benna, and Skögul outside of these company parties. Ynaa leaning on reminding Aandreas that he can now literally be in more than one place. Those meetings would eventually lead to much more than only a good, strong friendship as they at last acted on feelings that had been there from nearly the start.
After a time with Aandreas growing steadily more skilled with his multimanifestation abilities and some small hints of a developing ability to change his size at will, Ynaa brought him to meet Iridalea. For many many MANY long millennia, Iridalea had been the Ynaaverse's ever watchful guardian. Ever on the lookout for a return of "The Threat" that she had fought off so long ago. Brining Aandreas and Iridalea together, Ynaa was hoping to be able to convince the Draenei/Worgen to ease off of her eternal vigil and let Aandreas take up some of that duty. He was, after all, a professional bodyguard who's skill and strength and abilities were rapidly outstripping any 'normal' jobs he'd be able to pick up.
Iridalea was unsure at first, but after a sparring match that left her fighting off a small army of Aandreas that reminded her of her ancient long ago fights with "The Threat", she recognized for the first time in so long that here was someone who she knew she could rely on to be as capable a defender as her. She knew she could rely on Ynaa too, of course, but there was something different about relying on a meta-macro scale being who had never fought and someone who was clearly skilled not just in fighting, but in protecting others.
To make this passing of the torch official from her solitary eternal vigil to now sharing it, Iridalea brought Aandreas to her ancient home world and pulled a new Shard from its broken core. A Shard still glowing with undeniable power, but also glowing with a red and yellow that oddly matched Aandreas' own eyes where the Shards that made up her own sword matched hers. Handing this Shard over to the Zonai that still lived on one of the moons of her home world, they quickly crafted it into a dagger with a design mimicking her own sword and, that task now done, Iridalea gave Aandreas the dagger.
Iridalea wanted Aandreas to have this dagger made not from her own sword's Shards but to be something new. She could tell that he was something different from her... She had defied her fate and that had earned her her title as "Goddess of Defiant Fates". Aandreas, though... He wasn't defying his fate. He was defining it.

He started out as a quadrupedal Absol/Mightyena, but I decided to give him an anthro form too as I liked the design so much.
Gotta say I'm really happy about how crazy and silly his coming to exist in the Ynaaverse is XD
A canonical retcon thanks to Ynaa and Lyn conspiring together.
Also a handy example of why Ynaa leaves anything involving time travel and manipulating time to Ynaa ^^;
