It's Brutetober, a 31 Days of Halloween project starring Cookie Run: Kingdom's Schwarzwälder a.k.a. Choco Werehound Brute.
For Day 22, we have Schwarzwälder/Choco Werehound Brute dressed as a wicked witch (and not the Cookie-eating kind to be frank). He may not have magic, so he might be bluffing.
This is based on the Witches from the Cookie Run franchise, the movie series, Hocus Pocus and the Wicked Witch of the West from Wizard of Oz and Wicked.
