The Dragon of Darkness. Unlike most dragon-gods, Alberaxiaz takes great interest in mortal lives and rules over the Ashlands and its people as a tyrant. It resides at the peak of Um'sheval, looming over the city of Um'engala and protecting its citizens from the active volcano's violent eruptions in exchange for worship and sacrifice. The ash elves live in fear and reverence in its massive shadow, scrambling to appease its shifting moods and taste for violence.

Alberaxiaz' element is darkness. Culturally, it symbolizes death, dominion, shadow, and fear. It breathes a blinding, choking black smoke and passes on this ability to its Blessed.
