Runesk the Cold is a reclusive being, unwilling to take part in mortal lives at all. Its personality is cool and distant like the lands it inhabits. Its breath is a blast of bitter cold, capable of freezing a mortal being solid. It seems to be made entirely of ice, with razor-sharp spines all over its body.
Runesk has no Blessed, but the elves that inhabit its homeland (simply known as Runesk after the dragon itself) have grown to resemble it with their black eyes and extremely fair complexions and hair regardless. Its element is ice, and culturally it symbolizes storms, strength, and resilience.
