Arguably the Husk has the potential to be the most powerful being in the universe, but only after claiming her freedom from the Pit of Ascension.

The Husk is a very plain looking immortal atrophied pale gray female anthropomorphic canine creature, without any immediate identifying female traits, giving her a smooth “doll” like appearance. She is cursed from birth to climb the Pit of Ascension, which is a huge chasm filled with deadly traps, monsters, and all manner of nightmarish features. Though she is immortal, she is still subject to pain, fear, sadness, and temporary and often gruesome death. When she is killed or otherwise dies in the pit she will “revive” on the last layer she ascended to, forcing her to live a hellish existence of existential dread, death and misery.

When she finally ascends the pit and her pallid gray skin is touched by the sun, she will become the Vessel, granting her the “Compassionate Heavenly Gaze”, among other abilities such as rewriting reality and time, conceptually posing a danger to eternal beings themselves.

The “Compassionate Heavenly Gaze” is an overwhelming reality altering ability that will inflict her accumulated experiences of sorrow, fear, pain, and grief instantly into any living or sentient being, regardless of power or scaling, causing them to become instantly catatonic and paralyzed for the rest of their existence, having been overwhelmed by her sorrows and misery.

The husk/vessel has a underdeveloped mind, almost childlike, due to its hellish existence, lack of parental guidance, and isolation in darkness, it is essentially a blank slate, naive and easily influenced. Depending on who got to the vessel first she could he a being of ultimate goodwill or annihilation
