Despero

Despero is a Kalanorian from the future and the former tyrannical ruler of Kalanor who was overthrown and banished by the rebels from his home planet for his misdeeds. These days, he roams around in space, seeking challenge among many from different worlds. He also has the ability to read people's minds.
It's not a good description of him, I know, but I barely know the character. The first sentence was copypasted from the Arrowverse wiki on FANDOM. Also, my version of Despero doesn't have a third eye, but as stated he does read minds.
This was made to commission someone I used to follow on BlueSky before leaving that shithole of a website.
