"Atrociraptor" (literally "wild robber") is a genus of dinosaurs from the dromaeosaurid family. The animal was estimated to be 2.5 meters long and weigh 15 kilograms. Atrociraptors lived in the floodplains and marshes of Alberta approximately 68.5 million years ago. This species coexisted with many other dinosaurs, including Albertosaurus, Ornithomimus, and Deinonychus.
