I'm glad I was finally able to catch my favorite Warner Bros.- Seven Arts -era Looney Tune on MeTV's "Bugs Bunny and Friends" this morning: 1969's "Rabbit Stew and Rabbits Too." Even if it's clearly imitating the studio's early Road Runner and Bugs Bunny shorts, it's the only cartoon of that era to not have any spoken dialogue, so it's a refreshing change of pace in that it uses pantomime and sight gags, and it's got a really great funky music score (a rare case of GOOD Bill Lava music in a Warner Bros. cartoon!) I missed it the past times it aired because I'd ironically be fursuiting as Sam Valentino at a con (usually Anime Boston)!
