Coolness. Even though it's a sketch, I'm honestly surprised at the level of linework detail put into it, including the characters' clothes (including folds/creasing details), their hairstyles, and the nuts/bolts/exposed circuitry/etc. of the cybernetic arm they're doing some work on. And like 
romanthony said, I also like the somewhat silly expression of the canine gal working on the arm, it looks cute!
