Last recommended postage dates for the UK are Wednesday 17th for second class and Saturday 20th for first class (however, I'd need orders placed a couple of days before this so I can ensure they go out in time. Last recommended postage dates aren't guaranteed delivery for Christmas however - so I'd advise ordering as early as possible!)
