Photo of myself and at Midwest FurFest this last Friday. We had a lot of fun. This is what we both look like IRL.

The character is named 金牙, Kinkiba, (translation: Goldenfang). Customized by myself off of a 3D print, with a hand-sewn mane, the eyes are installed with electronics to make the eyes glow, the effect amplified with reflective mesh.

I wore him for approximately ten minutes before I felt like I was going to die, and so he remained in my bag, taking up a shitload of space, for the rest of the convention. It was a lot of fun, though, and a pretty good result for a suit that I threw together in a literal week, lmfao. I made a lot of mistakes in adding tons of foam to get it to fit to my face and not smash my glasses, which I realize now is a BIG gaffe. Already learning a lot about the suit creation process

I've got a whole year to prepare for the next convention, and I'm already working on making a suit of Prints that WON'T make me feel like I'm dying. ♥️
