Yup! I did it because this pic is placed several months after the events: Pawbert got the probatory (his attourney alleged a profoun psychological damage and the needing of meds and therapy), and in that time, the fang had time to regrow (that happens in reptilians, after all).
Pawbert is obviously disturbed due to years of family abuse and misstreat. I can't avoid to feel mercy for him, and for that, this picture is placed in a non-distant future, where Pawbert is receiving therapy and meds to help him healing his mind... and then, he recovered his friendship with Gary, his true best friend.
