"Follow up to https://www.furaffinity.net/view/62623562/ and previous installments of the rider into dragons series. Hiccup comes across his mother, Valka, transformed into a Stormcutter like her dragon, Cloudjumper, behind their house stretching her limbs/wings. She is also wearing a larger version of her belt and black pelt from the ref. Hiccup is surprised she’s not clumsily falling over despite her massive size similar to when he and his friends became dragons, but she reminds him she’s spent more time with dragons than him since he was born, and it didn’t take long for her to adjust to her new body.
He’s also surprised she already has clothing ready, and she mentions she expected herself to transform at some point given what’s happened to her son and his friends and wanted Cloudjumper to recognize her. She mentions she’ll be spending some alone time with him in the next few days. Hiccup feels a little uneasy picturing his mother going out with her dragon, but she reminds him he still had children with Astrid despite both being dragons now, and asks whether he’d want her together with Cloudjumper or Snotlout, and it becomes easier to accept.
