Here's Arkai, one of the five Governors of Girn. From the Senate in the city of Agapan, he oversees trade flows and everything to do with money in the land of Girn. Although he fulfils his role assiduously, he makes no secret of his disgust at the sometimes dubious decisions made by his colleagues. It would seem that they prefer to put their own needs before those of the Takana population...
If he'd had his choice, Arkai wouldn't have been Governor, but his father, one of the country's most influential merchants, put him there thanks to his many connections, so that he could take advantage of his son to make his own business flourish...
With time, Arkai seems to uncover more and more strange things happening behind the closed doors of the Senate. But Sévik has him under his radar, as the Senator does not like those who try and dig up secrets they aren't meant to uncover. Thankfully, Arkai has his best friend Idŏ who he can talk to. And he uses the money he earns from being at such a high position to let his friend live a confortable life in the capital.

It's been a while since i drew Arkai. My artstyle has changed so I figured it was about time I drew him once more ! I'm pretty happy with how he turned out ^^
