Jet was cursed by the Babylon Guardian (Jet wanted to steal an artifact so he can make it a gift for his girlfriend Amy, but the Babylon Guardian didn't take kindly to theft.) His curse is linked to Jet's anger, so when Jet gets angry he will turn into his cursed super form. Eventually he will overcome his curse and use that power to help others.
