The younger brother of Cattywampus, but by only one hour. He's a prankster just like his brother, but less concerned about the physical well-being of others. He's practically indestructible, having notably smiled while being bashed in the head with a hammer, so he isn't fully aware of the meaning of pain. He's mean, gluttonous, and a general nuisance for anyone watching over him, but it wouldn't be impossible for him to change his ways.
