Sciracha is a Torchic way of the Drunken Master Monk but I decided to reflavor it since this is a child, so instead of getting their power from getting drunk they empower their martial arts by downing tons and tons of Hot Sauce!
Fun Fact: Birds actually can't taste Spicy. Spice is mostly experienced by Mammals cause we have molars that grind their seeds when we chew so plants evolved Spiciness to discourage mammals from eating them. Birds and reptiles are completely unaffected, the plant actually wants to be eaten by them in order to help spread their seeds.
Humans on the other hand decided that they like the taste of pain and proceeded to breed even spicier peppers.

Sciracha is Bold, Fiery, and Daring; She is willing to try just about anything at least once especially if it involves thrill seeking. It's not all about putting herself in danger but wanting to have a fulfilled life. Most pokemon won't ever do high intensity activities because they worry about hurting themselves or worse, but what Sciracha really fears is looking back on her life and having regrets that she never even tried to do something because worrying held her back.
