Nimbus the Chimchar Exemplar of The Monkey King. I mainly just wanted to make a reference to Sun Wukong the Enlightened Monkey King, Great Sage Equal to Heaven, the Victorious Fighting Buddha.
He is not Sun Wukong himself but holds a divine spark of the Monkey King's power and can focus that power into the sacred weapons or iconography that he carries like his staff, his headband, his cape etc...to be like The Monkey King who Nimbus aspires to emulate and learn from.
He knows he can not be Sun Wukong himself, and nor should he try to do everything the mischievous Monkey King did. As great and inspiring as his story was, he also made many mistakes along his long life. Rather than be a copycat, he tries to be a student and learn from the example set for him.
