Wave is a Piplup Water Kineticist and a Surfer dude. The Kineticist is basically a bender of the elements connecting with an power of nature. It's basically like Bending but you have the options to specialize solely on one element or take a little bit from any of the elements depending on how you want to bend and would want to be a super powerful master in one element or a generalist who may not be a master but has lots of options. I decided Wave is soley a Water user, but Water is also one of the most versatile elements being nearly everywhere and able to change forms from liquid to solid ice or hot steam.

Wave is a simple, super chill and go with the flow Surfer dude...which is fitting since he can control Water and Ice. Some call him the Foolish Sage, he probably is unaware or simply doesn't care that he has picked up a following of pokemon who want to learn from him, he doesn't have a name for his philosophy he just tries to enjoy the moment and be cool to others. Competitions and who's better than who don't matter to him, what really matters is whoever is having the most fun. If somebody is not having a good time, then he simply wants to help them with anything that's getting them down, and show them a fun time as well, cause it's a bummer seeing someone down in the dumps.
