Moony is a Hisuian Zorua Mystery of the Cosmos Oracle. An Oracle is like the middle ground of a Cleric and a Sorcerer; They obtain divine powers but not through worshiping a God, but because they have become a Divine Anomaly via a prophecy or some kind of accident that has changed their very soul, allowing the Oracle to tap into the same kind of powers as the Domains of Gods. But for such monumental powers it also comes with a cost: As you over exert your magic your body becomes inflicted with a divine cures.
For a Cosmos Oracle they receive the Curse of The Sky's Call, making their bodies Float into the air without their control as though they are being drawn towards the stars

Moony does not know his past or how he came upon these sublime cosmic powers but he feels drawn to follow a path that he does not entirely understand and is not sure whether following it is what he actually wants. It scares him but he is too curious to see just what exactly is at the end of the path he's being lead on to stop just yet. Maybe his choice is not whether or not he will walk this path because he has chosen to go with his curiosity, but what he will do when he reaches it? Will he then want to Run? Will he Want it? Will he Refuse it? Will he fight back or accept it? Perhaps he does have some power to decide.

Moony is shy and softspoken, he is easily overwhelmed around too many pokemon especially because any interaction could potentially mean something to his destined path and he can't bring himself to drag others along with him...but he's also scared of being alone when he gets there.
