uhhhh, I don't have a decription written for this one, anyways. this is an Officer's syringer side-arm used for retrival missions or testing sites for FEV stuff, however with modifying the dosage the ammo can become more lethal or give an INCREDIBLE high to make the targets go rabid and frenzy.
