Technically drawn as a personally-inspired piece in mid 2024, I wanted to imagine myself(AKA Richard here) in the style of Thunder Rats, a comic series made by  ChonkyMouse, and the result is what you see here.

In this take on Richard’s story, he’s a poor businessman manning a run-down pawnshop in hopes of getting his life financially and mentally in check. He’s easily startled and very quick to making hasty decisions if to him it means getting some proper acknowledgment for once.
And unlike all the other Richard variants I’ve ever made to this point, he wears an overcoat over his shirt(which would normally be his usual jacket), and his pants are much baggier than usual too. His signature fedora and axe tail are unchanged however.
