Terms of Service:

1. Payment is split: half in advance, and the rest when your commission is finished.
- Payments are made through Lava.Top

2. You will get a sketch for approval in a few days after the payment.
- You may ask for any changes to the sketch.
-Major changes cannot be made to the pose or background past the stage of approved sketch.

3. Finishing the commission usually takes me 1-2 weeks (the more detail it has the longer it will take).
- I will update you on the work progress a few times: When the rough sketch is finished, and after the lineart is finalized.
- You may ask me to make small detail changes in the final artwork.

4. After your commission is finished I will send you both a full-resolution PNG and a smaller compressed JPEG of your piece.
- Finished piece cannot be changed or altered in any way without permission.
- Anything not described here can be discussed separately!
- Commissions intended for commercial use are discussed separately!

Rights to Use:

- Your commission is for personal use only: You can repost it online anywhere you want, preferably with credit. You also can print it or use it for personal items.
- You may NOT, in any situation, reproduce art to sell commercially without previous agreement.
- I retain the rights to use commissioned art for personal use, reproduction (prints, artbooks, etc.) and promotion.
- If you don't want your commissioned piece uploaded by me, then please let me know beforehand.

- Do not use my art, both commissioned or not, for AI training/generating/editing.
