Here is a picture that I did of one of the California Raisins characters that came out during the 1980s, which is drawn in my original cartoon style. Because I wasn't too busy doing anything else at the time, I was in the mood for wanting to draw a picture involving the California Raisins, which are a group of clay-animated anthropomorphic raisins that are known for singing rock songs while also promoting the sale of raisins, and they became so popular during the 1980s that there was a ton of merchandise based around the characters while also having some cartoon animated specials based around them as well as a short-lived Saturday morning cartoon series. I was actually fortunate enough to remember the California Raisins due to them coming out around the time that I was born in 1986, and I was feeling inspired to draw one of the characters after checking out some random ideas of what to draw on my own while I was on Instagram a while back, especially after having nothing else that I needed to work on. For this picture I've done, I was able to draw a simple picture of one of the California Raisins posing with a microphone and singing into it, and he can be seen wearing white cartoon gloves and a pair of blue and white sneakers as part of his ensemble. When I was coloring the picture in, I was able to use a purple texture for the background, and I decided to fill up much of the empty space by adding yellow-green music notes in different sizes. The picture turned out very nice after being completed, and it's sure to please my friends and everyone else as well.
