Catching up with characters I was far behind and wanted to draw for my Capricorn Cat Project. Up next is Mayor Leodore Lionheart from Zootopia. I know there have already been fans coming up with birthdays for the characters, including Mayor Lionheart, having his birthday around August to go with the lion theme, but I thought of a different approaching, basing his birthday after his voice actor J.K. Simmons. So yeah, he was one of my favourite characters from the movie, even though he seemed like your typical pushy politician who only cares about his PR and the possibility that his mistreatment of Dawn Bellwether may have brought about her plot to turn the prey and predator animals of Zootopia against each other. Mayor Lionheart was also inspired by King Richard from Robin Hood and Mufasa from The Lion King, A Happy Belated Birthday to the former mayor of Zootopia and his voice actor J.K. Simmons!
