The hare slumped in his chair, scrolling through Flitter for probably the twelveth time. He heard the familiar patter of his mate's footprints across the carpet, but that was nothing unusual. That was when he felt something soft cup his ears and lift them high.
"Man, you could sail away with these things!"
Sirocco's nose gave a little twitch as smile began to slide across his muzzle.
"Do you get HBO with 'em? They're not ears, they're bahonkin' satellite dishes! Lookit these thwappers. Some real heckin' flitters, these!"
By this point, the hare was grinning widely, and even blushing a bit. They weren't THAT big.
"Heheh... dorq!"
