It seems to be the home stretch with this project now with only a week left before the month of Capricorn is over, and it's time for another tribute to one of the felines born in this month, and we have Penelope Pussycat from Looney Tunes! An elegant and sophisticated tuxedo kitty who loves to play piano and was a teacher to both Furrball and Blaze. Despite being born and having spent a good chunk of her life in France, Penelope still remains true to her British heritage, as we can see with her having a nice cup of tea. Let's all sit down and enjoy as she's offering some nice tea and crumpets to all her close friends, loved ones (including her husband Pepe, her brother Adam, and her nephew
