The Council of Ringmasters (Rolf the Wolf, Nadine Martinson, Landon the Labrador, Rob the Magnificent, the Great Giovanni, and the Colton Brothers) surprise Leo the Tiger's friends Blue and Pink by announcing that all the circuses they represent will come together as one big super circus (just as they did in the UK the previous year) to perform for the Toppet Kingdom. It will also be good practice for their super circus performance denoting the USA's 250th birthday.
