Actually, he's very different in the novelisation! Apparently they were going to make him more traditionally evil and cruel, but they toned it down; but the novel is based on early drafts, you see, so he's still kinda that in there. Also there's still some of the originally planned love-triangle between Nick-Judy-Pawbert, too. Novel Pawbert is actually a bastard tbh ha ha XP
