Original description: "A concept for a Pokémon I'm making: Rubbrake, the Blimp Pokémon and evolution of Slugtex. A Fire/Flying type, it heats the air in its inflation sac to get around. Transportation companies in this region sometimes use it as a mascot."
You guys remember my "Pokémon Sky and Sea" concept, right? The one I haven't posted anything about in three years? Well, this is a Pokémon from that concept! It's essentially the fast travel Pokémon of the region, equivalent to Corviknight or Squawkabilly.
