I was going through some of my old drawings, and discovered an unfinished page of prompt drawings I did for Ruby, drawn some time between Ruby's pregnancy and Poppy evolving. Most of them don't hold up without the original context (and I can't find the original list of prompts I went off of in order to finish it), but this one was too good not to post.
Ruby stares at the Hot Pocket as it spins in the microwave. Her unborn baby jostles in her womb, crankily awaiting the midnight snack. She groans; she'd always loved pregnancy, but never expected to go through it herself, and it's been SO much harder than she'd ever imagined.
