120p?? She obviously needs to upgrade her eyes to 4K, but I'm afraid they're out of warranty. She'll have to buy new ones, but with prices the way they are now she might have to just make do with used ones until she can save back enough money. I think they still have some reasonable 1080p ones for fairly cheap.
