I’ve originally made this a few days ago, but due to my iPad charger being broken having to order a new one, I had to delay it and eventually finish the background for it. But anyways, this was inspired by a crossover fanart piece I saw with Rankin/Bass Rudolph with Hello Kitty, and it gave me the idea to make it similar to the Rudolph and Doraemon crossover I’ve made, but with the Rankin/Bass design of course. In terms of the poses, it’s pretty similar to the crossover art with Rudolph and Doraemon, with Rudolph doing his standard pose while Hello Kitty does a hand up pose. The background is also a bow pattern which represents Hello Kitty’s bow, with a large circle in the middle, which represents Rudolph’s nose. I’ll admit, while I do prefer the 1998 GoodTimes Rudolph, I still thought drawing Rankin/Bass Rudolph in my art style was pretty fun, and perhaps I might consider trying to draw the Rankin/Bass Rudolph a little more often as well, just not as much as the GoodTimes one though.
