After several years, I've decided to update my list

The main changes include: animations will now be at 24 FPS, combining some items (for example, making the SFX sound standard for all animations and removing the distinction between fullbody\halfbody), and unlike last time, adding a clause allowing you to add something unique that doesn't fit into any of the lists, thereby allowing a little more creative freedom

No upfront payment is required, we'll simply discuss your idea briefly and then I'll add you to the list. Payment is required only just before work begins. I'll be drawing comms during breaks while I work on other large animation and will let you know about a week before
