Welp, I just managed to post more comics in a single month than I did in the entirety of 2024, and if I post another four in the next, then I'll have posted more in two months than I did in all of 2025 (don't count on it though, my art motivation gets shaky lol)!
But yeah, I wanted to pick apart that sentiment center-right people have about minorities in media being "shoved in their face," 'cause I figured out a few days ago why that idea annoys me. Originally it was gonna be about LGBTQ+ representation specifically, but it can really apply to any group that isn't considered "ideal" amongst the right.
Also, I'm thinking of increasing the space between the edges of the image and the panels (I don't know if that counts as the gutter or if it's called something else) to make it feel less cramped; up until now, I aligned the panels so that the leftmost line would be parallel with the first letters of the comic and strip title lines, but I chose to make this one a bit thinner, with the leftmost line being between the first and second letters, and I think it looks a lot better (I'm sorry if this sounded incomprehensible lol, it's one of those things I'm better at showing than talking about)?
