After talkin' to a friend, I had this fun idea for this sort of mischievous monkey character to go snoopin' around places and climb all over stuff. I used to do something similar when I was younger, so I really liked the idea. This gal here is goin' about it a little smarter than I was; wearing gloves so she doesn't scrape or shock herself on something.

On the more technical side of this one, I tried out a marker brush for the lines, and did the shading just using regular eyedropper colors instead of going over it in color-burn and multiply layers. I think it worked out alright here, but I need more practice to really be comfortable with it. I'm also noticing I'm struggling a bit with the lower torso and parts of the leg anatomy. Specifically where the legs connect to the hips, and proportioning the calf and femur to each other when they're at more difficult angles. I think more practice in that area is needed.

Anyhoo. All that aside, still really proud of this one! I'm hopin' to draw this trespasser again sometime soon!
