I'm supremely happy how this came out. Beautifully detailed, and he truly has an impressive powerful feel about him.
This is my character Rhyack's frostdragon form. When he loses control emotionally or is under extreme stress, this is what happens to him.
The snow and ice is a direct result from his body, anything nearby will slowly start to freeze.
