Edson was part of a group of legendary pirates that roam the sea and plunder everyone that comes near em. One day however, a battle arose so heavily that the legendary pirates awoke to the modern day that laid before them, and before Edson can process it, he found all the other pirates and even his own crew adjust quickly to the modern times, as Edson was left in the dust. Now he clings to the past of pirate lore and hopes to relieve the days of old with his friends. Surprisingly, his longtime rival, Maelstrom Jon seems to share this sentiment as well.

Jon specializes in using a gold and silver sword in combat and replaced his old feet with shotguns as he felt like he wanted an perfectly concealed weapon to surprise his opponents… tho it is a pain to reload at times.
