Forest fires can occur at any time in nature. This one was blazing long before I arrived, but that doesn't mean I will sit idly by. Pine cones still stuck on the trees need to open up so the seeds can be spread for the renewal of nature to start. A single touch, and it begins.

I really enjoyed doing this one. Having lived through a few wild fires in my life, I learned a lot about them and how we do controlled burns sometimes to prevent larger fires, and how trees and plants survive beyond the fire.
