I had Potato Champion's peanut butter poutine years ago and finally had a chance to try the next step up, the Peanut Butter and Jelly poutine. Now, before you ick away, let me explain the flavors. The peanut sauce is basically Thai peanut sauce, and the raspberry sauce is a nice raspberry chipotle sauce that has a BBQ sauce consistency. The sauces go good with the mozzarella cheese curds, and the fries are pretty good but not good enough to stand out on their own.
Potato Champion is a food cart in Portland that's located in a small food cart pod that's close to the Hawthorne Asylum food cart pod. (We call groups of food carts 'pods')
