This character has been in the works since I made Rose's pure human version. Rie is her pure Sangheili variant. She exists within the same universe as her other two counterparts not of her own free will but like with Roselle, it is due to Forerunner bullshit. Currently she has made the Shadows of the Damned her home and is a very dangerous zealot known for her blade skill, and her abnormal height as a female.
