Most new apartment buildings use rectangular floor plans to simplify construction and furnishing. I wondered if other regular polygons could be viable and chose the hexagone. This concept is partially inspired by the Nakagin Capsule Tower for the general arrangement (central core with radiating apartments) and the Sanzhi UFO houses for the shape of the apartments.
