Proof of Concept (Gift for Taka) WIP
Taking the words Furx said to heart, and showing that I indeed, want to make through on my promises and the things I say I'll draw.
So, I saw
's character, and they spoke to me SO HARD, I asked them for permission to draw them and they said yes!! <3
Still working off the art rust, but I feel REALLY happy with this concept so far.
I think I'll add a record player, and a lil' background to go with it. Nothing too fancy
just enough to tell a story!

Let's see if I can explain this well...
Your character speaks to me. All I did was search your gallery, study them, get their vibe. Punk, edgey, cool, and the spice of gothic inspiration in his deisign. I didn't just look at their reference, I really studied the character, and because I adore your character so much, I wanted to "bring him to life" so to speak.
I hope I managed to "capture" Taka for you, Taka ^^ I will indeed not rush it because I love this picture so much already and I'm glad you do, too <3

And don't worry about details like whether they smoke or not, ha ha ha. I love that every artist who draws them brings their own personal touch and vision to it, and I usually give creative freedom for that very reason. I always say the same thing: do what inspires you and go crazy. I don't know how to thank you enough for this gesture and all the effort you are putting in.
