Kersarek has lived a long life and seen many things across history. The world is always changing and he got to experience this more than others. Swimming by a very old outpost memories flick back to the days he was stationed there and would spend each day training. These days were back before his magic was sealed. The outpost feels different but familiar, smaller but the same.
While he's no longer a member of the Global Balance Administration, the outpost is still maintained and used as a point for members to rest if they need. A massive bay now carved out underneath it for aquatic species to come and go aswell as to house their larger members if needed.
