It´s a little old, but still pretty good for me.
I was invited in 2022 to the “La MOLE Horror edition Convention” in CDMX (Mexico City). The theme was horror & terror, you know. So I decided to do a realistic version of the SCP-1471 Mal0 girl. I believe you already know who is she.
Phantom-like entity appearing as a large, bipedal wolf-creature with a skull-like head and black fur. It manifests through a malicious, unremovable mobile application that sends, images of itself, gradually appearing closer to the user until it becomes a permanent, albeit usually non-hostile, visual hallucination in the periphery.
In the event not all people know the story but I think they like her so much anyway.

Mal0 is an interesting entity in that, if you're not already aware of what it is, "fear of the unknown" can really drive you mad, especially depending on what variant of manifestation it takes ones its attachment is permanent. It's like "It Follows" except it never actually "catches" you. Knowing it's always there, but not knowing why or what it wants, can understandably put a strain on someone's mind.
Overall, the entity is actually fairly benign; it's simply your constant companion. Nothing more, nothing less really. You'll never be alone again, because Mal0 is always with you, forever. That last part went from "it's your forever companion" to "your forever friend" to "your forever lover" over time, and now has more of a reputation of being the perfect friend/partner rather than the unknown entity that's always with you. It's depictions of being the perfect friend are often quite adorable in contrast with it's undead like appearance.
