A Correspondance : Revival of Golem
Addressed to - Lord Commander Žižka
My Lord Commander.
Permit me to extend the formal gratitude of the Guild, for the bravery of your assigned Soldiers to Merislovo, and for your continued support of our archaeological endeavors, -
- by which, The guild hall of Merislovo has become a place of great interest among scholars devoted to the study of our precursors.
Without your generous donations of force and resources, Surely, what we have achieved would not have been feasible.
The expertise gained, and artifacts recovered, has borne a most remarkable result: the restoration and binding of a deceased servant-golem to renewed purpose.
Our original intent was merely to reverse-engineer the command enchantments by which these automatons were once governed.
Yet the labors of Master-Wizard Leopold and the archaeologian Johann Hus have surpassed all expectation.
The golem has been reanimated, and by enchantment and spell, turned obedient to the realm and it's people.
This golem, which we have dubbed a "Scholar Construct", now serves in our hall, and has been charged with assisting in the interpretation of recovered artifacts.
The prevailing judgment of the College is that this golem may prove the key to unlocking the workings of the so-called "Sustainers" discovered within the ancient ruins.
Should this prove correct, We may reap considerable fortune..
May this letter serve as proof of gratitude, to your wit, and valor in service to Merislovo.
