It's a sort of hidden commission type for any tier, as long as they are an active Patron!
It stands for "pay what you want" where the commissioner chooses the payment amount and the higher the amount, the more time I can spend on the pic.
They are slightly experimental in that I adjust the way I do things to suit the amount of time available combined with what I think looks best for the picture as a whole.

Aria's Purrloin was from the middle of "extra time+ effort" end of the scale!
