A character from a story I'm currently polishing. They are Theo's nonbinary boyfriend, or as the local whos of Whotown say "Joyfriend".

In the story:
Their family are the direct descendants of the Town's founder "The Cutterler" a man so greedy that he alone drove Truffle trees to extinction, but at the end of his life he decided to ask his ingenious husband to use his Unmagnifier machine to shrink their house and have it sit on top of the last living tree and stop his desire for cutting it, before it was too late. With time some more folks decided to join them as the world faced a unending blizzard and the fuzz of the tree provided warm and cozy shelter. Or so the whos say.

While not set on Dr. Seuss's books worlds, I'm adapting things from here and there to create a new thing, same goes for the who's designs.
